Born and raised in Southern California. I have a huge, loving family I am very close to. I am an avid reader and writer. I love traveling and have spent a lot of time in Mexico, Switzerland and exploring the USA by car. I've published some poetry and am working on a novel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once was a midwife to a sea turtle laying her eggs on a beach in Southern Mexico. I was helping out some biologists. I lay behind the turtle as she lay her eggs and caught the in my hands. The moon was full, a storm churned over the ocean and it was one of the most beautiful things I have ever experienced in my life.
