About Me
Hola!
I'm Lizzy, a 26-year-old freelancer writer who has been travelling since August 2016, beginning in Bali, Indonesia.
After three months in Spain I travelled for two weeks in Turkey and am now finishing my journey in Iran.
With my former boyfriend I had a travel blog, which you can check out at www.thepeanutchronicles.com.
I get a kick out of meeting locals. Having lived in Spain and Ecuador in 2010 and 2013, I know how important local relationships are in feeling the groove of any place. Also, I'm curious about people's lives and perspectives.
I'm starting out as a freelancer writer after graduating university; you can read some of my work at www.lizzykeen.com. My main areas of writing are social politics and travel.
I'm a surfer and, depending on where you live, would be happy to teach you how to surf! I also practice yoga, speak intermediate-advanced Spanish and am interested in learning other languages.
Ultimately, I'm open-minded, flexible, love having fun and want to learn about you and your lifestyle. Also, I'm more than happy to help out around your home in any way I can!
