About Me
CURRENT MISSION
On a mission to do a handstand in yoga class....I don't know if it's ever going to happen!
ABOUT ME
We should really have our friends write these.
Here goes: I'm open and easy to talk to. I have traveled a lot and lived in both France and Morocco. I am a vegetarian but I eat fish and I am into healthy food (whole grains, steamed vegetables etc.) I practice yoga regularly.
On the other hand I also very much enjoy business and did my MBA a few years ago. I like excel spreadsheets, but also oil painting and visiting museums. I think it's a mixture of creative and analytical. I have two cats. I am a considerate, passionate person and I enjoy meeting new people.
I recently got married to Jim Partlow and we are expecting our first child in July!
PHILOSOPHY
Be kind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I used to host a lot, but get less requests here in Claremont, CA. I continue to host when I can and to reach out to local CSers for some events.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have been a member for 5 years now and I have had a great experience couch surfing in DC, Asheville, Savannah, Denver, Seattle, South Lake Tahoe, and hosting a lot when I lived in Jacksonville, FL. I even met my husband through Couchsurfing and two very close friends!
We moved to Southern CA about a year and a half ago and have enjoyed the couchsurfing connections here as well.
