Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have travelled the world extensively in my 20’s and beyond. Some of the best parts of this adventure were the connections i made with some awesome humans. The best were unscripted and just people helping each other. Locals showing me around, inviting to sports games to play and to watch and be half time engertainment (canada ice hockey story), local festivals, a place to stay, or a taste of their prized liquor.
This was before iphones, google maps, lonely planet guides, and couchsurfing 😜

The adventure continues !

Interests

All sports (especially rugby league, futbol, cricket rugby union, ice hockey.....) music, guitar, beaches, and love a good cook up.

As for books.. I like Biographies. A fortunate life AB facey is good. Wilbour smith is a great writer i read alot when growing up.

Music i have a very broad range. Love alternative and 90's pearl Jam rage against the machine smashing pumpkins.. Black sabbath, chilli peppers, led zeppelin, jimi hendrix, bob marley.
All the 70's and 80's. Classics and rock! I dont like pop music. I do love Fleetwood mac, credence, rolling stones all great! Am guilty of some soppy stuff, i study to classical guitar, i dont have a favourite i have a top twenty. Then close second another top 50 :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Shizza i cant narrow down to one...! I have a Guinness world record 😊 I have done san fermin “running of the bulls” in pamplona spain...😊 carnivale brasil... 😊Heli skiing canada. 😊Working the winter olympics Canada. 😊Safari east africa. 😊My life has been full of amazing things. I scuba dove with about 15 x 4 metre bull sharks in fiji where they feed them in front of you with no cage. 😊Crazy but cool as! I am a Certified national bbq judge in north america too 😊haha right place right time thing... Been hit by a car (as a pedestrian) and survived! 😊😊Ate a 2kg burrito... 😊 travelled the world extensively.
