We are a big friendly queerish share house in Melbourne's leafy north east. Currently we have 3 Germans, a Greenlandic chick and 2 Aussie guys on "permanent" with Swedish, Dutch, British and American guys staying with us... Sounds pretty full but there's a lot of room! More space opening up in June... Keen to host over the winter as we're planning on a fun one!
We don't charge money but cooking and cleaning goes a long way with so many of us. The house stays pretty neat and we like it that way :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We like to share our large space with travellers as it helps contribute more energy and fun to our environment. We also have travelled a lot ourselves so it's really valuable to make these international connections. Mi casa, su casa!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since last December we've hosted about 50 guests, some through friends and some through the website. We had an amazing summer here with so many guests and regret now it's quiet over the winter! But we hope to continue to host and have fun with travellers here :)

Interests

My names Lliam and I work in food and drink. We all enjoy food and a few of us compete (friendly, of course) to raise the bar with regard to cooking the best dishes. Vegan cooking is a great challenge but easy when you learn some basic recipes!
In the house we talk a lot about philosophy and social issues. Not always serious though- we laugh a lot! Also we play ping-pong and sometimes set up the projector to all watch movies or events.. Looking forward to the Tour de France!
A few of us are into cycling and we are generally all into heading to a good party or cultural event. Always happy to share these things with our guests!
