I have hosted in the past (not via this site hence no references yet) but am travelling myself so hope this will be a lovely introduction to new places and wonderful people.

Interests

Hiking around rural and urban landscapes. Scuba diving and admiring the natural world. I read a lot, anything from classic literature, sci-fi, travelling tales, historical drama, outlandish fantasy to non-fiction biographies. I make a mean mean cocktail and enjoy trying great food and drinks. The best trips for me have been when I get a chance to integrate a little in to the life of someone who lives in an area and see what makes a place tick.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in Jordan for two days and being invited to stay over night in a Bedouin cliff side cave home. The moon was full so we dragged the mattresses outside and watched the moon rise, fall and the stars explode from the night.

I run projects for a living which for me is mainly about making sure that people with amazing skills have all the things they need to succeed. I can help bounce ideas around and help you figure out another way to approach something that might not be going the way you want. Mostly I like to listen.

Company to wander the unusual spots in your local area, hopefuly decent conversation and happy to help with any mini projects you have going for a few hours too.
