I guess I'm an easy-going person. I don't fuss too much about the places I go to, the people I meet, or the food I eat. I always try to see the positive side of it all. I'm pretty quiet when I'm in new surroundings but I like to believe that I adapt quickly to it. I enjoy meeting new people, discovering new places and trying out new food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I stumble upon this project through a friend who traveled to Malaysia in 2009. When we met, he was talking about the pros and cons of couchsurfing and he sort of like encouraged me, no, more like, forced me to sign up for couchsurfing. So here I am. But having said that, it's not bad at all. Although I have not joined the activities organised, I find that the people in CS are an awesome lot. I believe I can make more friends here.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most amazing thing I've done is to shock my mother when I told her the day before I depart to Shanghai that I am travelling alone. All the while she thought I was travelling in a tour and then it dawned to her that I never mentioned anything regarding that.
