About Me

Currently studying Environmental Science in the U.S. while conducting research on our closest living biological relative, the Bonobo.

I'm a pretty easygoing guy with an enthusiasm to learn new perspectives, explore new places, and meet new people and animals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love the outgoing and upbeat community here! I've used Couchsurfing previously when I lived in Swaziland and met some incredible people and would like to reignite some of that good stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being a Zoo Keeper is pretty cool - I've handraised a few monkeys while in the primatology field. Being a monkey dad gets a few smiles :)

PSA: Monkey's don't make good pets though fam! As much as it might seem awesome to love on them, they're actually very difficult to care for properly. Under almost all circumstances, primates should be with their own kind :) It is only in exceptional cases where human intervention is essential for the survival of the individual that physical human contact is required. Trust me, it's what's best for them and us.
