ABOUT ME

I'm dedicated to strength training as an athlete and trainer. My training philosophy is based on healthy performance and uplifting oneself.
I use the little time i have left to build meaningful relationships.

PHILOSOPHY

To me, what we do is always worthy of interest, yet it's how we do it that really matters.
I think all the great masters know the importance of self-awareness, emotional intelligence and authenticity (among others keys), as the process is everything.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After traveling several times to California where i've met valuable hosts and made great friends, i have now settled for 2 years in Morocco and havn't made much room for hosting people ever since.
And i have to admit my current place is not great for hosting.

Yet if you really need a place to stay or want to meet let me know, i'm always glad to help.

I don't watch tons of series but i'm 120% into Game of thrones since day 1 !
