Hello! My name is Lauren and I'm a recent college graduate and biologist. I study birds for a living, which takes me all over the country. I also recently completed a cross-country bike tour from Virginia to Oregon, and I'm hoping that there will be a lot more bike touring in my future! I enjoy cooking, cycling, pottery, hiking, birding, and exploring the outdoors. I’m fully vaccinated and currently on a cross country road trip to Arizona with my partner Andrew!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm on couch surfing so that I can make meaningful connections while I'm traveling. My favorite part of my bike tour was meeting and staying with people along my route. I met so many wonderful people (many of whom I've continued to keep in contact with) and learned so much more about the places that I was visiting through the eyes of the locals that I stayed with. I hope to continue to make those connections as I travel the country, both by car and by bike!
