PHILOSOPHY

I believe in honesty, simplicity and tolerance. I think the world is complicated enough to waste our time and energy in some details that don't really worth it.
We should just enjoy the ride because as far as I know it's the only one we are offered.

FOOD : I grew up in a country which is known to have the finnest cuisine in the world, and I just really enjoy eating. But it's not just the eating part. I grew up in a family with 2 brothers and 2 sisters, and every night after school and work we all gathered around the table to share the dinner. And it's not just sharing food, it's sharing your experience of the day, your impressions, your feelings. It's about discussing, laughing, fighting sometimes ; it's about sharing the whole thing. And I just love that.

Languages : My unrealistic dream ? To speak every single language on the planet. Yes, all of them, no exceptions. Simple isn't it ?

Sightseeing and walking : I love discovering a place just walking. It's about having the freedom to go anywhere you want and stop anywhere you'd like as well. Plus it's good excercize and you sleep soooo well at night after that!

Music : I might be the worst person at remembering name of songs or singers but I love music, it fills the air somehow. And I guess the best way to listen to music would be sitting on the grass during a west european summer night with a live show. (and if we can be eating at the same time I guess that's just perfect)

I can teach you French or Spanish if you'd like. And I'd be happy to learn your language.
I love cooking, I'm still not the best chef but I am learning and I'd love to know recepies from all over the world and I could teach you some I know.
And when we meet if you see or feel there is something else I could teach you : just tell me, it would be my pleasure!
