About Me
Hey! My name is Rémy Locatelli . I’m a French traveler, actor and dreamer.
Right now, I’m on a deep personal journey . I left everything behind to follow my heart and chase my dreams, and that brought me to Ireland. I miss my sisters so much
I’m a peaceful, kind and respectful person. I love listening, sharing real moments, and connecting through stories and emotions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I’m currently in Ireland and a bit lost, honestly. I’m looking for kind souls who might offer a roof, a couch, or just a warm welcome , not just to sleep, but to feel human again.
I believe Couchsurfing isn’t just about places. It’s about people.
I can offer a good conversation, respect, and honesty. I’ll always try to bring something positive into your home.
Interests
🎬 Acting & Cinema – my biggest passion
🎸 Music – I write songs, sometimes just to survive the day
📖 Deep talks about life, art, and what drives us
🌍 Exploring new cultures and perspectives
🌌 Walking in nature, looking for peace
I can’t host at the moment, as I’m traveling and trying to find stability. But in the future, I would love to give back and host travelers the way others helped me.
Music, Movies, and Books
🎶 Music
Music is a big part of my life. I love anything that tells a story or hits the soul.
Some artists I connect with deeply:
Bon Iver
Daniel Caesar
Frank Ocean
Lomepal
Labrinth
Ludovico Einaudi (for the calm moments)
🎬 Movies
Cinema is everything to me. I want to be part of it as an actor, a storyteller, a soul.
Some films that marked me:
Interstellar – for the emotional depth and scale
Her – for the poetry and loneliness
The Truman Show – because sometimes life feels like that
Into the Wild – the call of freedom and pain
La Haine – raw, powerful, real
Star Wars dddddd- because sometimes I understand Anakin
📚 Books
I love poetic and philosophical writing.
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho – it stayed in my heart
l'art d'etre acteur - Stella Adler
The Little Prince – always
I also enjoy screenplays and books on acting or cinema theory.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I used to be a military paratrooper that experience shaped a big part of who I am.
Also, I once did a 160-meter bungee jump off the Artuby Bridge in the Gorges du Verdon.
It was terrifying… and unforgettable.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach
I can share stories, songs, and thoughts from my journey .both as a traveler and as a human.
I can teach you a bit of French, how to write a short film, or how to express emotions through acting. I can also cook a simple French dish if you're hungry and curious.
Learn
I’m open to everything: your stories, your worldview, your skills.
Whether it’s cooking, a bit of your language, local culture, or just how you see life .I want to learn.
Share
I can share a good talk, a walk, silence, music, or laughter.
I can share my passion for cinema, and the fire that pushes me forward.
Even if I don’t have much right now, I always try to bring good energy and respect wherever I go.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share a meal, help with cleaning or organizing, and watch or introduce movies together.
I bring respect, kindness, and good energy wherever I go.
I love sharing stories from my life, dreams, and travels.
