ABOUT ME

I'm a very laid back person. I love meeting new people and getting to know them. I love all sorts of music, especially seeing it live. I'm pretty easy to get along with and I don't take things too seriously. I love to laugh and have fun. i'm game for anything you can throw at me and I love being spontaneoups and random. i'm not a picky or needy person, and can make do in any circumstance. I’m very independent, and love to do things on my own, but I also love being with people. I don't believe in judging people, so feel free not to judge me. everyone has something beautiful and unique to offer if you let them, so be sure to always carry an open mind and a smile, and anything can happen.

My husband desi and I travel together, and we we are both very social and easy to get along with. We are trustworthy and respectful and love to have fun. We can find our own way around, and don’t need much, but love getting to know hosts if they have time and are available.

Karma. What goes around comes around. Whether good or bad, your actions in this life will always come back to you, so always remember the golden rule and do unto others as you would have done unto you. And remember to always tip your server!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My husband and I used to host couch surfers when we lived in key west. We had so much fun meeting so many amazing people! One girl we hosted from Germany even came back for our wedding! We’ve surfed less than we’ve hosted, but have had great experiences every time. We’ve been settled down with kids in Minnesota now, so we haven’t hosted or surfed recently, but definitely open to doing it again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had all incredibly positive couchsurfing experiences. Whether as a surfer or a host, the level of respect and courtesy that everyone has given us has been amazing. we are very happy to be a part of the couchsurfing project and look forward to many travels through this website.
