CURRENT MISSION

To join friends in spiritual practice, self-care and nature time. I am visiting family who have a vacaiton home Palm Springs, CA. I would LOVE to meet and play a bit of music, go to kirtan or satsang, go to a sauna, or a gentle walk outside the city!

ABOUT ME

Hippie at heart, graduated university and spent four years traveling and working abroad! I lived two years in South America then came back to Toronto, CAN. I moved to a small island called Salt Spring Island in British Columbia, Canada, where I've spent the last four years away from mainstream culture. I've been exploring non-dualism through yoga, traditional first nations ceremony and A Course in Miracles. I grow my own food and live as minimalistic-ally as I can working to heal chronic illness! <3 I LOVE my life, all the bits. I appreciate my choice in every moment and the impermanence of it all!

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I did A LOT of surfing in South America. Now that I have a couch again it is mostly occupied by short-term visits by friends, but sometimes free!!
I am always, however, down for a coffee, drink, walk, whatever! I'm still discovering my city too!

He surfado mucho en sud america! Ahora tengo mi couch y, si no es ocupado con amigos que estan aqui por algunas semanas or meses, ya, es libre!
Pero, siempre estoy por una caminata, cafe, trago, baile, cual quier cosa! Todavia estoy explorando mi ciudad tambien!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Canada and abroad it has been a great way to meet people! Have done a lot of unofficial couch surfing (of course, like most people) and have done most of my recent surfing in South America.

En Canadá y en el extranjero es un buen camino para encontrar gente y conocer lugares! Antes, he hecho mucho ´couchsurfing´ no oficial pero el año pasado he hecho mucho via este sitio web en Sud America.

Interests

Live music, yoga, playing guitar- mostly as an excuse for me to sing/ people to sing with me, campfires, reiki, general exploration of spirituality in all it´s forms - meditation, toilets in different countries, books you can't put down, traveling, languages, neon paint, beach volleyball, croquet, food of all kinds, hiking, white water canoeing, when hours seem to pass in only minutes, markets, history, people
