ABOUT ME

When not being a corporate slave, I'm usually either swing dancing or at a hookah bar. Also hit the gym a fair bit, largely so that the rest of the time i can give in to my sweet tooth more than i perhaps should.

PHILOSOPHY

Be it under cherry trees in Japan or on a rooftop in New York, when people open up they tend to reveal much the same concerns and uncertainties. There is a fundamental commonality to the human experience - what fascinates me most is the diversity of cultural constructs built upon that common foundation.

Ultimately I seek to understand different notions of beauty, different ways of finding purpose, so that I can try and use them to enrich my own life experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

Big fan of William Gibson + Neil Gaiman. Lots of good movies out there, I'm generally into sci-fi but have enjoyed the occasional foray into completely different genres... Ran, Warlords, Coco Chanel, Nightwatch, Ondine, Electric Dragon - just to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Golden Temple in Amritsar on a cold night in January. Beats the Pyramids in grandeur, and there was an intensity in the air unlike anything I had experienced before.
