I’m a deep thinker, a scrutinizing observer, a cynical analyst. In every moment of every day, I'm trying to find the right words to say to get my ideas out perfectly. I'm really good at metaphors! I have a fucking metaphor or simile for everything I swear. It's how I conceptualize things to explain them better. I have a passion for inspiring vulnerability and asking the kinds of thought-provoking questions that make people think in new ways and learn about themselves.

My brain is fluent in the language of music. I’m an active listener of music, and I can usually tell you exactly why I do or don't like a song. I enjoy figuring out music by ear. I think it's really fun to try to play or transcribe songs without tabs or sheet music.

I'm a millennial through and through: gamer, tech-head, redditor, YouTube watcher, and procrastinator extraordinaire.

I get excited about lots of things and it's infectious. When my mood is up and I feel happy and energetic, my love of life spreads to the people around me. Sometimes it feels like I can fly whenever I make other people happy just with my happiness. Truly it's my favorite way to be and I try to spend as much time feeling that way as I can. I have a youthful, mischievous spirit and I'm constantly looking to be amused. I love jokes and hilarious observations; if I think it's funny I'm probably going to say it. Don't take me too seriously when I'm being silly.

I'm meta as fuck. In any given moment, you're more likely to find me thinking about how I'm living my life than actually living my life. I want to know the hows and whys of everything all the time. I'm so analytical that it's kind of exhausting, but not a day goes by that I don't discover something new and feel insightful.

Traveling around the world with an ever-expanding entourage of amazing friends is what life is about for me - and then making the most nostalgia-inducing highlight videos of our shenanigans. I especially love videos. I take videos all the time and I use the 1 Second Everyday app to keep track of all the things I would have forgotten otherwise. I won't take video of you if you don't want to but I hope you won't mind, remembering the amazing people I meet is the best part of my video journaling!
