I am overworked and under-traveled and I would love to change that. I love food: growing it, preparing it and certainly eating it. I have a garden in the US and frequently take trips to other cities, states and countries for food events. I think America is swell but I would love to spend time in Italy, France, Norway, Iceland, Japan, Equador, Spain, ... pretty much anywhere I haven't been.
