ABOUT ME

My name is Logan. I'm from Oregon, a state which has been proven to be the most wonderful in the United States.

I work in communications and would love to open up my own shop one day.

I'm a leftist, in the Zizekian/David Harvey mold. I love to discuss life, politics, history, psychology.

I love photography. It has become much more than a hobby, it's something I would love to make part of my profession.

I love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. There is much to be learned on the mats, I feel honored to be on a path of growth through this amazing art.

Finally, I'm a pretty voracious reader. I typically take in non-fiction, but lately I've been reading some Russian authors and enjoying myself.

PHILOSOPHY

Connecting with people is the most important thing we do.

Essentially, my philosophy derives from the the slogan of May, 1968 "Soyez réaliste, demandez l'impossible," or "Be realistic, demand the impossible."

We find ourselves in a crisis. I believe that we need to start developing the right questions to ask, so that we can equip ourselves to find the way out.

Finally, I'm also a strong proponent of the famous quote from Rav Hillel, "That which is hateful to you, do not do to your fellow. That is the whole Torah; the rest is the explanation; go and learn."

Go and learn, indeed!
