ABOUT ME

I am a bike-riding frisbee-playing backpacking reading deep-thinking introverted extroverted (ain't that odd?) soon-to-be-world-travelling youngster still wide- and starry-eyed at the possibilities this world presents. I studied Environmental Science and Energy at Georgetown University when I can't find anything better to do. I rode my bike across the U.S. I plan to hike the Appalachian Trail. I am now live in NZ and am training to play at the World Ultimate Club Championships and the U23 World Ultimate Championships in a couple of months.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to the CS2 project and will hopefully be imposing myself on some of your couches in the coming months. However, once I return to the states after this upcoming round of travel, I will have a couch ready and waiting in Washington DC. A couple of my friends are fellow surfers (how I found out about y'all) and I'm excited to get involved in the movement.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As for couchSurfing per se, I'm a newb. But this past summer I biked across the country with a group called BikeAndBuild and we crashed at churches and YMCAs every night. The hospitality we received and the warmth and friendship displayed by the total strangers we met along the way were absolutely the best part of the entire trip. I can't help but expect my future couchSurfting experiences to be as amazing.
