I am a 20 year old student of ancient philosophy, living in Athens for a semester and traveling around Greece/Turkey while I'm here. I am from the Los Angeles area and have not yet mastered the Greek Language, although I enjoy spending time with local Greeks

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am very new to couchsurfing, I made my profile earlier this month but have only started using it since leaving Athens for a trip to Thessaloniki/Istanbul

I enjoy traveling, reading ancient authors, and going out.

Music: I like everything from old school jazz to indie.

Movies: Stanley Kubrick is my favorite director, but my favorite film is probably City of God

Books: The Unbearable Lightness of Being and all kinds of sci fi

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting Delphi was very impressive, as well as the Agora in Athens. My favorite place on earth is Joshua Tree national park back in California
