About Me

CURRENT MISSION

never selling wonder short...

ABOUT ME

Wandering goof, sometimes intense, often absurd, spontaneous but prepared, easy going, adaptable, child of the hills... People like me. I like people. Relate. Love languages and speak a few. Studied Anthropology. Feel best abroad. Love/hate the internet and other space-annihilating devices. Like to work with my hands, especially farming and creating. Always down for adventure! Oh world... you are so cool!!

PHILOSOPHY

Walk well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I have a home, I share it, though I have yet to officially do so through CS, I have hosted CSers. I travel and have surfed many a couch, some through CS, some belonging to friends, or friends of friends, or fine folks I happen to meet along the way... It is all one big family:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ring of Fire eclipse from the center-line near Zion Nat'l Park - May 20, 2012

Iguacu Falls, specifically the full elliptical rainbow that began and ended at my shadow, but the whole place qualifies as epic no matter how you slice it!!

A multitude of voices from all sorts of places singing along to a fellow strumming Redemption Song on the steps of the Sacre Cour, Paris, in the golden light of a spectacular sunset.

The sound and vibration of a stampede coming through the wetlands... felt in the middle of a night spent in a hammock on an island in the Pantanal, Brasil, under coconut trees full of green parrots.

Teach, Learn, Share

All sorts!!!
