About Me

I'm just a little bit crazy girl looking for adventures, i'm easygoing and try to perceive everything from the bright side. As a guest, I have always been respectful to each host's rules and habits, was tidy, and have never returned home drunk if it was not allowed :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Quite a strange question for a person, who cant live without travelling. Maybe it's it's in my genes - my father is a sailor. Fairly I'm dreaming of visiting every hidden corner of the Earth before i die. I'm higly interested in learning non-European culture, and would like to enlighten some of it's features in my essays as a journalist and writer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm totally keen on 60s, you know - that Merry Pranksters era filled with Keesy-like psychodelic craze, mixed up with beatniks free spirit, so it won't be a surprise to find among my faves H.S.Thompson, Burroughs, Ginsberg, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, Bowie, Warhol. Velvets and everything connected with postmodern art as well.
As for movies, I'm a big fan of B-horror, coming from my lovecraftian kink i guess. In my top-10 there are Withnail&I, Easy Rider, Fear&Loathing u no where, He Died with a Felafel In His Hand, The Holy Mountain, Trainspotting, Psych-Out and so on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking a decision to move to another country (forever - how i thought then) and managing it in ten days. I came to London having even no money to pay for a stay. But at the same evening i was celebrating Christmas with some Bangladeshi family which heartfully hosted me.
I was 18 y old oh my gosh.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the basics of drawing, help to retouch whatever in Photoshop, give you the basics of russian or german... if you have kids, i would help them with hometasks! :D
