I´m an 18-years-old argentinian girl spending one gap year abroad (quite far from my country) between school and university. I am currently leaving in Strasbourg, France working as Au Pair in a family with two lovely kids. My VISA is valid until december 2022 so I planning to just spend my money (literally) travelling during all the free time I have around Europe. I consider myself a very open-minded person, which loves lo learn, explore and try new things. I am interested in learning everything about cultures and places I travel, as well as new languages. If I have to discribe myself using only three words I would say: aventure, travel and warmth. I am a very affectionate person and you will always see a smile on my face. I grew up in a country where the culture is open and full of joy. I am sure I have also a lot to teach about my culture.

I love the idea of the exchange that Couchsurfing create because the experience is not just visiting a new country. With Coachsurfing you really get to know how people actually live inside other cultures and you also have the possibility to teach about yours, it is a win-win for both parts! I consider that you cant really understand new cultures until you have an experience like this; living some days in someone else home, feeling the hospitality, traditions and kindness. Also, I would like more people to know about my country. Most of people I have met barely know that it is in South America and we are more than that!

Music: I honestly love all kinds of music. I lisen usually English and Spanish music. My favourite artits are Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, MIKA, Imagine Dragons, Dua Lipa, and many more.
Movies: I really enjoy movies nights. I have seen many Movies and Series in Netflix, Amazon, Disney + and I think I have some very good ones to recommend. My favorite series is Peaky Blinders and COCO as a movie.
Books: Honestly, a few years ago I didn't read much but now I love it. I'm not a love stories and happy endings kind of girl i like mystery and thillers genre

Crossing the ocean on a 12 hour flight alone with 18 years to the other side of the world and finally meeting my new family and life here in Europe. (it was very brave of me honestly :))
