ABOUT ME

I love sailing and hiking, of course, travels, languages and music. I collect folk and authors' songs in different languages and play some ukulele. I translate books (currently I work on Polonca Kovač and Richard Hašek) and documents from Czech and Slovenian, I also work as a private teacher of Czech and I try to use different cognitive techniques to help people with self studying (remember that self-studying is actually a huge part of successful learning of any foreign language). I’m curious about how brain works and how it percepts and processes information. There are many types of people with different talents, that doesn’t mean that if for example you can’t memorize Russian words from a list, that you are “bad in learning foreign languages”, that just means you choose the wrong way of learning and you’ve never paid attention on how your own brain works and what methods are more suitable for you(not for your partner or a friend who have learnt Russian in one year and can read Dostoevsky without translation, he’s just a different type, he’s not smarter or more talented, he was very lucky to find a student book which was suitable for him).
I try to learn some easy programming and NLP(natural language processing) I believe that not the strongest survives, but the most adaptable one. I'm flexible in my occupations and I’ve changed a lot of jobs.

SPIRITUAL BULLSHIT
I don't believe in reincarnation or smth. Our lives are crazy biochemical coincidences and we shouldn't waste them being negative and full of fears. Manage your life, love yourself and love people. And don't forget that life is a miracle. I used to practice some meditations and tantra (that's how people call it), and I feel I need to come back to it.
