ABOUT ME

Travelled the world in my younger days. I am middle aged but have been told I am young. Spend 3 to 4 times a week in my yoga practice. Have one very friendly cat, who travels with me. Last year I sold everything a d now live in my converted van. I’ve just returned to London after a 5 month adventure travelling across Canada and Southern States. I am hoping couch surfing will allow me to find a space to park my van and connect with others.

Spiritual outlook and tend to let things unfold rather than attempting to control the outcome.

Enjoy my yoga practice 2 to 3 x a week. At this time I am learning Spanish. Will challenge you to a game of backgammon. I enjoy walking daily and meditation. Love entertaining and cooking. I enjoy entertaining and having a good laugh. I am 420 friendly. Enjoy theatre , music and live music.

Enjoy listenning to David Gray, Stabilo, Lumineers and so much more. My all time fav movie Shawshank Redemption . As well, I do enjoy documentaries and new releases.Many of the books I read are often on travel and spiritual awareness
