My name is Lolo and I live together with my boyfriend: Fox.

We are very happy to participate in Couchsurfing and we love meeting new people! We traveled already a lot and just finished our trip of 6 months (8 for Fox) in New Zealand.
We love to travel and hear interesting stories. That's why we would like to participate in Couch Surfing. Both of us did couch surfing already, and we really enjoyed our time at the host's place.

We live in a super cosy and nice flat near Berlin (15min to Alexanderplatz with an direct U-Bahn :). Fox is a landscaper and I am studying my passion: Psychology at Humboldt University Berlin.

ABOUT US:

I (Lolo) grew up between cultures: Belgian and German. After my baccalaureate in Munich, I went to live in France, I was in Vienna for one year (Erasmus), then in New Zealand, where I met Fox and a few months ago we moved here for my studies, to Berlin! ;)

So I think I could say about me that I am very open-minded to people with other cultures. I am a very social person, I like to organize stuff with people, like just have a drink, or a coffee in a park, visiting, I enjoy being with them, if I know them or not. I like to hear out, give and to share, it's my psychologist nature :)

Fox is very friendly and funny. He likes being outside, in the nature, swimming in in the sea and lakes, hiking up hills and climbing. His favorite sport is Slack-Line ;). Also, he is a great cook!

WHAT WE DON'T LIKE:

Disrespectful people, People who leave our place dirty, People who only stay here because it's free; without sharing anything, People who take drugs (during the time you stay at our place, we don't want any problems with side-effects and behavior of drug-addicts..).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING:

We propose a comfortable double bed, a clean kitchen and bathroom, some beers when you arrive and help for sight seeing organisation and/or invite you to join our parties. I (Lolo) did Couchsurfing 5 times and I loved it to travel in Europe, Taiwan and in New Zealand and being hosted by some couchsurfers! I made the best memories of my travels like that. It's the best way if you want to meet and get know a culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

** We just did a year off. For a months, I was in Taiwan and then for 6 months in New Zealand ! Fox spent 8 months there. We were doing all different kinds of jobs, travelling around, camping and of course, meet a lot of new people !! It was awesome !

** Decided spontaneously one day to do a road trip in the NL. I discovered a lot of little and charming little cities ! I stayed with Dutch people and it was just awesome ! I love their mentality.

What I Can Share with Hosts

** I can teach some manipulations techniques ;) !

** All about the psychology phenomena you always wondered about, and I can tell you hours about it!

** Fox's cooking (it's delicious!!).

** We can teach you a bit of French and German! "Tu as de beaux yeux!" & "Ein Bier bitte!"

** We can share with you our stories and we would like to hear your stories too!
