ABOUT ME

I am currently an university librarian. I have a wonderful husband and two wacky dogs who keep my life full and humorous. Since we don't have a tv, we enjoy playing games, spending time with people, and of course reading! Let me change your mind about those old stuffy librarian stereotypes :).

My husband is fun-loving, sincere, a talker, and people person. Want to talk politics or religion? - He is your guy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are opening our couch to travelers from around the world and look forward to taking you up on your couch some day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, we have mainly hosted fellow CSers in our little slice of east Dallas and are having a blast meeting people who find Dallas their temporary "destination." We love to take people out to our favorite bars and our friends usually come along enlivening your Texas experience.

Interests

We are interested in seeing the real side of America and taking in natural sites along the way. We love history and things off the beaten path. We are in for conversation any day but are perfectly happy reading a book at a coffee shop. We love to meet up with CouchSurfer's friends and share some conversation and a pint.

My interests also include the national parks, fueling the passion for reading, dogs, and philosophy.
