About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Build my lung power to blow away the green house gases!!..count me in green projects
ABOUT ME
I am an engineer living in Finland for the lat nine years, with my roots in India. Fond of sports, hiking and the outdoors, music and dance, and understanding people and their culture, and active also at the local volunteer-run circus group.
Back in my home-country in India, I hosted a few student travellers who shared many things from the wide, wonderful world that I had not seen and from colourful, friendly India, that I had not seen either!!.. because many of my guests had explored more of India than I had. My hidden mission is to convince the world that Bollywood movies (atleast some of them) have some great stories to tell too!
PHILOSOPHY
Philosophy? What is that? :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
If out-of-towners visit my town (currently Helsinki), I will be happy to share some of my daily activities, show around the city and cook a "survival food" meal for us spiced with our collective adventure stories!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
CS has helped me understand people better and build new friendship bonds.
Interests
I like to participate in projects to improve the quality of education: A few years ago, some of us at Bandra East Community Center's Shelter Home (Mumbai, India) had organized an activity of learning English while basketball for students at the shelter home. We progressed quite well but could have done better. (I will be happy to share my experience.)
