ABOUT ME
Hello there,
I like to travel, like you all. At home I'm enjoying my time with my friends, drink a cup of tea, make some nice dinner or go have a glass of wine somewhere. I really love to dance. In the weekend I go to a club to dance on Housemusic, or to a Tango or Zouk and Salsaplace, well anyplace where they have music I can dance to. I have Salsa and Zouk lessons and I love it.
I listen to Radiohead, Muse, Nick Cave, and lots more.
I jump on my bike at least once a day to get somewhere.
I am studying Applied Psychology, very interesting! I've been teaching primaryschool for 10 years but I've decided that was enough. I've studied acupuncture and clasical and thai massage and would love to get started with that, but all those beautifull mountains inbetween me and my goal :-(
So If I can surf your couch, you can get a really nice massage :-)
PHILOSOPHY
Let's live together. Be good to each other. There is to much negativity going on :-(
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
This year I had my first CS experioence and it was so great! If I can give that back to someone I would be happy.
If I am at home, I can host someone. I don't have a seperate room for you, but I do have a matras and sheets :-)
I've met some CS-ers in Amsterdam for a drink
and for some gatherings.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Of course I've had friends/tourists in my house en slept at 'other couches', but this year I had my first experience. Hosting and being hosted.
When my house is finished, I hope I can host some CSers.

Music, Movies, and Books
Trainspotting, The usual suspect, arthouse films, small human movies.
At the moment I'm reading a lot of murderinvestigationbooks. That's what I always end up while traveling. Some months after the holliday I finish those books and start reading some more serious books :-)

* So much more...
Teach, Learn, Share
Being a (former) teacher, I love to teach and share things of my own culture or my language or my experiences.
I love to learn things about other cultures. Especially those I don't know from television...
I think the CS spirit is to share the world. I hope I can do my little bit :-)
