Strongly influenced by Tibetan Buddhism. Progressive/spiritual activist. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Being a professional health counselor who likes to walk the walk, I could very well be the strongest 65 year-old you know. I teach yoga, meditation, and holistic stress reduction.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No "official" CouchSurfing experience yet, but a close friend is an enthusiastic participant. In the early 70's I successfully hitch-hiked throughout Europe, often relying on the hospitality of new local friends. It's a really rich way to meet people and share cultures.

Centres d'intérêt

Among other things, I am an amateur scientist. I love great technology, space exploration, cosmology, relativity, quantum mechanics, and string theory. I play acoustic guitar and sing boomer music. I am a published author and veteran free-lance writer.
I love to fly my 7-foot two-line stunt kite on the beach, and watch people enjoy the show. I am a professional health nut, and have been vegetarian for over 40 years.

I have been doing bodywork and hands-on healing for over 40 years. I can teach anyone autonomic controls through biofeedback training. The title of my first book is, "Self-Actuated Healing."
