About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to become a teacher in a vocational business school - sounds boring, but you have a lot of vacation time to travel;-
ABOUT ME
First of all: I love to travel - but, of course, who doesn´t that is on CS!? But more than travelling I like to really get to know the country, it´s people and their culture. That´s why I have been living in a lot of different countries up until now: United States, South Africa, Tenerife (Spain), Malaysia and most recently Chile. I am really outgoing and up for anything, especially new and exciting things like bungy jumping or whatever you have in mind. I never say no to sharing a laugh or a beer. I love to go hiking, biking, simming and dancing and so much more. I am pretty easy to deal with, relaxed and outgoing - and I wish to meet as many interesting people in my life as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Fear lasts for second - Regret lasts FOREVER!
You have to try everything in life - then you can decide if it was worth it or not.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
After convincing all my roommates (we are 7 in total) that couchsurfing is so much fun and that we could definitely host in our spaceous living room, we have received some very fun couchsurfers in our house already. WE love it! And I definitely love the excitement of meeting new, local people whenever I'm travelling myself:-)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have already couchsurfed in many different countries (for example Chile, Peru, Brazil, Italy and Malaysia) and I have never had a bad experience yet. And all the people I received were pretty fun too. Maybe some people were a little awkward or different, but that is just the fun of CS to me - learning about new, different and diverse lifestyles, opinions and people.
Interests
I love sports: soccer, hiking, biking, surfing. I like to go out a lot to grab something to eat or a drink or just to dance the night away.

Music depends on my mood - everything...except maybe classic or Electronic.
I love to read but don´t have much time to do it...
Movies: everything but horror or romantic kissing things..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have bungy jumped for the first time in South Africa from the highest bungy bridge of the world (216 m )
I ´ve done a awesome cross country trip from North Carolina to California in about 4 weeks - visiting a lot of National Parks and of course important cities like Las Vegas, San Francisco...
Hiked up the TEIDE on Tenerife to see the sunrise from the top of the highest mountain of Spain - OMG it was so hard - but awesome!
I spent nights and nights with the Iban tribe in the middle of the Borneon jungle, as I was working as a tour guide there.
Recently I have been living in the amazing country of Chile and visited many of its natural and cultural wonders for example AMAZING Torres del Paine and MYSTIC Easter Island. And after quitting my job there, I have been backpacking through South America with a friend for 3 months visiting the most amazing people and places (Machu Picchu, Amazon, Brasilian beaches, Iguazu Waterfalls, Biking down Death Road, Salar de Uyuni....and so much more)
I love the world and its fascination diverse beauty!
