About Me

CURRENT MISSION

cook, photographing, walkin', and talkin' around the world!

ABOUT ME

I am currently a graduate student at stanford university in the san francisco bay are of california, studying environmental science with a focus on agriculture and journalism. I love coffee, and I even have a super small coffee distribution company! I also love cooking and learning about food from new places.

things i love: cooking, photography, (www.lucasoliveroswald.photography), making films, writing, learning, reading - i think those are all pretty general things that most people probably love but i do each one my own special way and would love to learn how you do yours!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

my new goal in life is to keep traveling but to stop being a tourist and the best way i see fit to do that is to meet as many people as i can wherever i go! I have traveled alone and with friends, staying in hostels and hotels, and although its great it feels like being a spectator. The most memorable experiences I have had traveling are always when you make a connection with someone from there. One little person can make the difference between being a spectator and being a participant.

Interests

coffee, dreams, literature and writing, music, travel. also love to talk about environmental science, agriculture, and journalism, Which are my passions and what I study. I do a lot of writing, creative and nonfiction publication stuff (hopefully) and am also big on photography
