About Me

I love travelling above everything, as many of us on this website I suppose!
I wanna live in different countries and discover different cultures. Learning how to be a local, to fit in, to experience what life really is.

I finished studying political sciences, and currently working in a bank in Toronto (completely unrelated to my field I'll give you that) but this is what I like and find interesting: trying to adapt to a different culture; a different country, different opportunities and see where life's gonna get me. This is what I think makes life interesting.

When I'm going somewhere, I like to discover both sides of the place: the touristic and the local side of it.
That's why I'm on Couchsurfing!
I love to discover the beautiful places in our world but I also don't want just to be a tourist.
I'd like to immerse myself into a culture. Feel what it is to be a local :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love meeting new people and travel "local".
What I mean is, you don't get to really experience a place if you only do the touristic attractions. You only get to see one side of the city.
Couchsurfing is an interesting way of doing a combination of both local and touristic and is a great opportunity to make new friends and live unpredictable situations.

I heard a lot about Couchsurfing, few years ago. It sounded like a really good way to travel and meet people at the same time.
In 2011, during a small trip in Eastern Europe, we tried Couchsurfing with a friend. And I really liked it !
Why did I never try it before? Now, for sure, I'll always look for CS when I go somewhere.

I'd say my favorites bands are Fat Freddy's Drop, Evil Nine, Parov Stelar, Daft Punk, Lounge Lizards, Bonobo.
Very eclectic! I like every type music.

Aldous Huxley!

In terms of movies: there are so many! My favorite movie is One flew over the cuckoo's nest! Jack Nicholson of course !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Erasmus.
When I went to Romania to study Sociology!
I went there by myself, not knowing anything about the country, the culture, or even the language, but that was one, if not the best experience of my life!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share some pretty funny stories (just so you know, I'm quiet unlucky in life, that leads me ending up in some very fucked up, funny situations!) :D

Food as well! I've done couchsurfing twice and always cooked for my hosts, that's the least we can do right, sharing good meals (French or Italian!)

What I Can Share with Hosts

My good mood and my cooking!

I like talking and socializing and I'm sure we can share some good laugh!
