I started cycling activity with folding bicycle on year 2014 Jan. At the same year May, I felt down seriously and hurt my third nerve of left eye. Since that my vision is not proper like normal people.

I practice Yoga and Meditation.

I also learn Buddhism, Psychology and Counseling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to give my hand to the people whom need it. I believe thru hosting I can spread out the spiritual of positive thinking.

By the way, I'm proud on my hometown and welcome all tourist. Beside courchsurfing, I also hosted guest from Warmshower group.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Dec 2019 the next Audax challenge BRM300, 300km riding is ahead of me.

Nov 2019 done my 1st Audax challenge BRM400, 400km riding@25hrs+.

Oct 2019 join V-Med Cambodia which focus on HIV and hepatitis B/C infection that aims to provide affordable and high quality medical and psychological health services to the community. It's a truly new industry for me.

Jul 2019 create a crowd funding project in Mystartr. Although the Fund raised is amounted to 30% only but I appreciated the experiences that I gone thru.

Jun 2019 write in a proposal to Giant requested sponsorship on Road Bike. Giant finally offered a discount of 10% on bike purchase.

May 2019 done my 1st 200km riding in 13.5 hours with my foldie.

April 2019 quick learn swimming for my first time Triathlon under Sprint Category, 750m swimming+20km cycling+5km running.

Aug 2018 open a Coshtel (co-working space +backpacker hostel) with partners.

Jun-Jul 2018 cycling round Peninsula Malaysia for 40 days.

April-May 2018 cycling in some part of Java, Indonesia for two weeks.

Jan-Feb 2018 Volunteering at Mother Teresa house with the bike to explore Kolkata, India for two weeks. After that take train to Puri. From Puri cycling to Bhubaneswa.

Aug-Sep 2017 CS and HH@Nothern part of India. Admitted to Ladakh Nurba Valley Disket Hospital due to high mountain sickness. Discharged from Disket Hospital and again admitted to Leh Hospital.

Oct-Nov 2016 CS and HH@Iran for 30 days.

May 2016 done the hiking@Poonhill Nepal.

March 2016 Cycling Trip@Round Taiwan Island for 3 weeks.

Aug 2014 2nd time attending 10 days Vippasana Meditation course.

May 2014 Cycling with a rally group to round peninsular Malaysia on environmental protection issue. Felt down cause damage on left eye nurve.

Jul 2013 done Open Water Diving course@Pulau Tioman Malaysia.

May 2013 done solo trekking@Mouth Kinabalu Malaysia.

Sep 2012 1st time attending 10 days Vippasana Meditation course.
