ABOUT ME

She's always busy! I like to keep my life full of the things I love. I work hard and play hard. I love what I do and do what I love, even so I enjoy getting away and seeing/experiencing new or favorite places, people and things. I am a professional modern dancer which keeps me active and allows me creative expression. I am also a LMT and a recent graduate from East West College of Natural Medicine with a masters in Chinese Medicine. This fulfills my lifelong dream of helping people and making a positive difference in the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to challenge myself to go beyond the boundaries of comfort because those are the places of true wonder and transformation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I give back by teaching what I know and love and in the process learn a multitude from my students. I express myself creatively through dance and other arts. I like trying new things and overcoming my fears. I love traveling because there is no better way to feel connected to the human spirit and to open your mind and heart

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only hosted one couch surfer and it was absolutely wonderful! I shared my spare room with a beautiful young woman who came to my area for a Montessori training experience and we hit it off immediately. We had a moving heart to heart talk that truly inspired me and I will never forget.

Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, teaching, learning, healing, the body, the beauty in the world around us. Eating delicious food with good wine and great people/conversation. Traveling, staying home with my man, watching movies. Overcoming fears, like jumping out of a plane!

The waves crashing against the rocks at the Telum ruins in Mexico. Seeing Julie Kent perform the "Swan Lake" pas de duex at the Met. The mountains in Switzerland. The night sky at Harbin Hot springs. Flying with the greatest of ease on a trapeze in venice (FL)!!!!
