ABOUT ME
yo, I'm a hobo. Haha, but not really. Text-book hobo is a "traveling businessman" working in one place for a while then moving on when having enough money or simply bored. If I work, it's on a voluntary basis, and usually only for room and board.
I've been traveling, really, for about the past 13 years. First moved to Japan, and things exploded after that. Will I stop?
PHILOSOPHY
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
**CS is not a dating site! Please, I'm not interested in sex with strangers! Male or female, take your sexual intent to another site designed for this!**
Sleeping inside is nice when it's stormy or cold. I greatly wish to reciprocate the lovely hospitality I've experienced, but the way I'm going, I don't know if I'll ever have a couch for anyone! All are welcome to camp with me, of course, anywhere anytime.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I rarely have the chance or the itinerary to plan much or send requests, so actually, most of my surfing experience comes from randomness. Sometimes while hitch-hiking, a host will pick me up, or simply walking the streets I'll meet people who offer me a place to stay. What a wonderful world!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music! ah, the language of the soul. I enjoy all forms and styles of music. But, my favourite are those with depth in their musicianship, lyrics, and derivation.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Been on a German travel show while in Montenegro (Crna Gora).
Worked with the most epic traveler in Sinai (from Koln to Sinai, two donkies, ten years)
Stayed at the Coptic Bishop's place in Cairo
lived at the Occupy Movement in Cyprus
lived 3 weeks with hippies in Israel
spent a week in Damascus during the "civil war"
hitched a boat in Greece with two French "pirates"
Boated down the Rio Ukayali for 3 months with a vulunteer project.
Visited 70 countries
Lived in food forests in Australia.
Survived 4 weeks alone in the jungle
Teach, Learn, Share
you can live in almost anywhere in Europe on five euro per day... If you pay for food. Food can be free, so... Travel can be free. Traveling's too expensive?
Hitch-hiking, surfing and camping. I learned that travel is not about getting anywhere fast or being comfortable. It's about learning about new things and cultures.
Traveling costs less than living in one place!
