ABOUT ME

I´m a fairly easy going person interested intrying to broaden my horizens. I´m new at exploring though, and I´ve barely been out of my home county in California but I want to try new things. Back home, I work in a well known restaurant know as the El Dorado Kitchen as a pastry chef and have been in the game for about 3 years now not including my culinary schooling. I enjoy hiking, playing cards and games of all types, and kinda just doing whatever the moment calls for. Also im a huge cat person =)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very new at this couchsurfing thing. In fact im currently staying with someone right now and its the first couch i´ve surfed on that wasn´t someone i already knew. It seems like a fun, new way to meet people and get an idea of what other people in other cultures are like.

Music, Movies, and Books

I dont read as much as i´d like but when i do it usually fantasy or fiction, something that really just lets me escape into another world. Movies are kinda the same but im much less picky. I like watching anything that is interesting be that documentary, fantasy, drama, action, you name it. Music is something that i enjoy from all over. I mostly string instruments because they always have a sort of magicial feel to them like pianos and violins. However, i will listen and enjoy just about everything except country (sorry, my aunt just made me listen to the same crap over and over again until it just killed the whole genre for me)
