creative, curious, friendly, outgoing, hyper-active but prone to some dark moods. loud some of the time. Opinionated. geeky. Strives for sincerity and resents all form of bigotry. self-aware. I dangle between unabashed romanticism, idealism and cynicism.
I think I question things constantly, trying to keep my eyes on the horizon.

I finished film school last year, traveled for a bit and now looking for a job.

I have four older brothers. I come from a religious family but have left religion entirely.
I live in a nice apartment in the center of Tel-Aviv

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a bit of couch activist... But I believe we ought to strive for a world without exploitation.
I'm a leftist and a socialist and here in Israel the struggle for equality and the end of occupation is very real and immediate.
I'm an atheist and even somewhat of an anti-theist but in the spirit of pluralism, I try to be accepting...:)

I live for love and art. In my better moments I believe in the good of people. In my worse, I give in to despair a little...

I believe in not taking yourself too seriously, in being able to laugh at anything while maintaining focus of what's important.

I've met some great people, both in my country and abroad and stayed with CSers In New-York, England, France and Spain.
Now I have my own place and great adventures can be had by all

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had a great time in Stockholm and London meeting wonderful beautiful people and staying as a guest in several countries. I try to go to CS gatherings wherever I go.
I've also met with some great people in the CS community in Israel.

Interests

Film, music, books, art, politics, people. Everything and anything that has to do with living life in this world (I'm impartial to sports, though.. can't find interest in it).

Well, I just love art of all kinds, and especially film.
films - The Ice Storm, The Royal Tenenbaums, Punch-Drunk Love, Pan's Labyrinth, The Prestige, almost famous, The Hours, Ghost World, An Angel at my Table, The Age of Innocence, Shaun of the Dead, Serenity, Princess Mononoke.

Books - A heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers, Motherless brooklyn by Jonathan Lethem. I'll read anything By Michael Chabon and Neil Gaiman. Unfortunately, I don't read as much as I'd like but I love good science fiction and fantasy and I read a lot of old New Yorker articles... I also love comics and graphic novels and I read both mainstream stuff and alternative. I love Jason and Daniel Clowes.

Music - so much... almost all genres. Music is essential.
I love Tori Amos, Ben Folds, Sufjan Stevens, Bright Eyes, The Killers, Paul simon, Gwen Stefani, Regina Spektor, Elton john, Bloc Party and many Israeli Musicians you never heard of :) I like discovering small indie groups, but I'm not that well-informed :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't think I've done anything too exceptional...
for me writing something really good is amazing; falling in love is pretty amazing.
