About Me
CURRENT MISSION
“Laugh as much as you breathe and love as long as you live.”
ABOUT ME
One of our CSers called this section: "where people make poetry of their life" which cracked me up. So here's my poetry... I'm justtrying to get the most out of life. I love to travel and can't wait to meet other couch surfers. I also enjoy just getting out and doing stuff from biking, running, hiking, snowboarding!, playing tennis (WII or real), swimming, eating and drinking. Hit me up to do something and I'll be down. :)
PHILOSOPHY
At the risk of sounding cliche, I just believe that life is too short to worry about the little things. I just try to live a genuine life and share time with good people along the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My roommate and I have been lucky enough to host some really awesome people on our couch. We also attend the CS events like monthly parties and taco Tuesdays.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We (my roommate and I, she is Alexis on my friends list) host and hope to be hosted soon as we arrange for our epic South America trip! If you have visited anyone in SA and recommend them as hosts, let us know please!!
Interests
everything. mostly. I am pretty mellow and like to hear about what people are doing and will always be up for a conversation. I love history and learning about how things have become what they have become. I'm a bit of a nerd, but I am okay with that. :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I love anything by Ayn Rand, not necessarily her philosophy but her writing is amazing; I confess that I listen to country music; I love reading historical monographs and getting inside peoples' heads about issues and events.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking a volcano in the wee hours of the morning with a Mayan guide in Guatemala.
Teach, Learn, Share
Since I am a professional massage therapist I would be able to give (PROFESSIONAL)massages to others. I would also be open to teaching English if anyone needs it while I am traveling. Also, if it is winter in So Cal and you're here, I would love to teach others how to snowboard. I have been told I am a good teacher. :)
