Overview
About Me
Hi there, my name is Lorelle, I am from London, and I have recently quit my job in order to follow my dreams. I went to the University of Manchester for 3 years and obtained a BA degree in American Studies. I am now forever interested in American politics and culture.
In the job I just quit, I was training to be a Merchandiser in a fashion company. I soon realised that the industry was not for me. So as you can imagine, I am urgently in need of a holiday and break from rainy London life whilst also looking to find cool people along the way.
I am constantly trying to push my limits and try new things. This can be in different hobbies that I adopt, such as bouldering and learning an instrument, or by travelling and making the unknown, known.
I am looking to be hosted. Things I can offer:
- good vibes
- some wine
- good cups of tea (the british way)
- smiles
- laughter and joy
(you wont want me to leave)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My younger sister (21yrs old) is currently writing her dissertation at University on the culture of couch surfing. She has hosted many wonderful travellers and also stayed on many comforting sofas. From hearing about all her crazy stories has made me want to get involved.
From what I have heard about couch surfing, it is all about enjoying other people's company whilst allowing for spontaneous travel. As I am such an impulsive traveller I am keen to explore a city whilst also making worldwide connections.
