Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Rainbow a few years back. Afterwards I managed to strand myself in Berkley with no cash to carry me back home. The fellow I'd been traveling with wasn't up for the big city, but I was missing people and running water, so we parted ways. I hit the pavement the next morning and found a job in a few hours, at Blondie's Pizza on Telegraph Ave. A few hours after that, one of the folks I met in Montana wandered into the shop, out of the blue, and offered me a place to stay. It was some of the most fabulous luck I've ever had. Berkley treated me like a welcome guest and not the hapless bum that I was; I hope to make my own hometown as hospitable some time.

~ Dancing, though the booty shaking kind is the only one I do myself
~ Geek stuff: think slashdot, nova, radio lab
~ Anime, not that it isn't already covered with by 'geek stuff'.
~ Cooking, more than self preservation can explain

I love books. Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchet, Douglas Adams, P.C. Hodgel, Ian McDonald, A.S. Byatt, Joseph Campbell, and Gabriel Garcia Marquez are all authors I would recommend.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach computer stuff from web design to programming
I can also show you how to remove all the spyware and viruses from your computer
Also if you have diabetic cat I've got a shoulder you can cry on and a bit of experience
