One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I quit a boring job and travelled for 3 month along the US/ Canadian border, and I added a trip to Cartagena(Colombia)! Awesome...I really need to travel through S.America asap!

I love cooking together. If someone could show me how to cook some tasty food that is typical for it's country- that would be great!
