Hi, I'm from Palermo, Sicily. I recently graduated in Natural Sciences at the Università degli studi di Palermo. My next step will be a MsC in Plant Biology at the University of Helsinki or in Environmental management in Utrecht (still have to decide). I have a lot friends all over Europe (not world yet) and I just came back from a 6 months Erasmus experience in Prague. I love traveling and cooking and, if you mix those two interests of mine in one, you'll find out what's my biggest interest: foreign food.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

It's definitely the best choice if you want to really get involved along with your trip. You meet with locals, discover places that you would not find otherwise and make new friends. Moreover, I think it's the best way to really understand how locals live without getting in any tourist trap.

Music: Techno, Rock, Alt-Rock, Indie, Jazz, Rap, Metal, Reggae or whatever I feel to listen to!
Films: in this period I mainly watch series, but at home we have about 3000 movies in DVD/Blue-Ray because my dad loves watching movies and I saw let's say 75-80% of them. My favourites so far are "Il postino" by Michael Radford and Massimo Troisi, "The Pianist" by Roman Polanski and "The Revenant" by Alejandro G. Iñárritu.
Books: I'm not really into reading if not for scientific purposes or topics that I'm really into.
