Hi, my name is Lorenzo, I am 27 years old and I am from Cagliari, a city in Sardinia, one of the two main Italian Islands in the Mediterranean sea. I am a decently experienced traveller, having spent 1 year abroad as an exchange student in the USA at the age of 16 (exchange programme) and then two other exchange programmes in California during my undergrad studies and Cologne during my master studies, with the addition of several trips and holidays abroad. I am currently living in London, working in a financial institution.

Many friends told me about the very nice people they met and the beatiful and off-the-road places they discovered thanks to them, so I believe it will be a great experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy reading, the latest book I read was "Kafka on the Shore" from Japanese author Haruki Murakami, which I strongly recommend. I am general into narrative, essays and economics.
In terms of music, I am recently getting into electronic music, but for a long time I mostly listened to hip-hop and rock music. Currently learning to play guitar.
In terms of movies, it's hard to define my favourite genre, but one of the directors that I like the most is Kubrick.
