About Me
I’m a massage therapist and a personal trainer. Even if I spend a lot of time outdoors, I’m really interested in art and literature..reading a good book is sometimes much better than to go to disco 😅 I love nature and this is the reason why I live in a quiet place very very close to Verona’s town centre..it’s very typical and surrounded by fields and hills.

Interests
I spend a lot of time outdoors: I love hiking, swimming, running 🏊🏻 🏃🏻♂️and cooking too! I love to teaching people about italian food and to learn something about international cuisine.
