Hello everybody!

I'm an Italian student in physics, currently living in Germany. I like so much to travel and learn new languages! I speak English and when I can I practice French - learning Spanish is a long-term purpose, German is a work in progress

I'm open-minded and laid-back. I do like my independence, I definitely feel proud of sharing part of my personal space. I consider myself flexible and relaxed. I make my plans when I get around for tourism, but I don't make resistance to the unexpected that comes in the everyday life... let the things happen!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing offers the possibility to meet people, make new friends and, of course, travel more in a cheaper way. Isn't it enough? :)

Rushing from one place to another one and checking as more tourist attractions as possible is not my idea of travelling. It is the richness coming from time and experiences shared with somebody that makes a journey unforgettable. And since one can't travel all the year long, it's good to receive the world at home. Guesting people and being guested is simply an amazing experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

Wide range of music genres liked: classical rock, swing, jazz and classical music. That means U2, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits.. Lucio Dalla is among my favorite Italian singers.

I read a lot and watch many movies, trying just to avoid the blockbusters: Il Postino, Nuovo Cinema Paradiso, The Godfather, The Graduate, Once Upon in America, Gran Torino is a short list of them. My favorite movies? Sergio Leone's!

Teach, Learn, Share

I always like to tell stories and learn from other people.

I use to tailor the touristic trip in the town where I live to the people I guest, and show them the best that the place can offer, in a limited time.

I could also teach some deep physics during your staying... nah, I was kidding! In the time - even short - you stay by me I can show you how to prepare some quick but tasty Italian meal!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Other than a room with a bed - which could mean a mattress on the floor - I can share my experience as an Italian living abroad, as well as my curiosity for discoveries!
