Hi, we are Aline and Lori, two friends from Germany 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 currently we are on a trip through Asia and we love to connect with people through couchsurfing and hitchhiking.
Our favourite memories have been from meeting new people on our travels.
We carry our hammocks, inflatable mattresses, pillows and blankets with us in our 40 liter backpacks.

Meeting and connecting with people, learning about different cultures, gaining new perspectives, make lasting connections/friendships

Interests

Aline: Guitar, surfing (I want to get better), fitness, writing, making videos, animals, new cultures, nature, camping

Lori: Knitting, reading, learning new skills, nature, interesting conversations, everything related to music, cooking/baking, spending time at the beach or at the woods and traveling (obviously :D)

Music, Movies, and Books

Aline: 90s, Acoustic/Indie (I like the Surfer Playlist from Spotify 🤙), but I am really open

Lori: I love classic rock, Broadway musicals, country and some good pop music. My favourite book is "Call me by your name" and my favourite movie is "Shrek 2".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Aline: Spending the nights in a hammock, had a many laughs with friends

Lori: One of my favourite experiences so far has been seeing the deers in Nara, Japan 🦌

Teach, Learn, Share

Aline: I can cook meals, share funny moments, how to play the guitar (beginner), start a bonfire

Lori: I can teach how to knit and cook, learning from and with other people by sharing life experiences
