I am recently retired and separated from my husband. I now live in Lawrence, Kansas. People laid back and friendly. I am involved with Bernie Sanders campaign. I live alone and am enjoying my freedom.. Although Lawrence is a collage town , sort of liberal and sort of political. The rest of Kansas is quite conservative. I love animals , have 2 dogs. I know a fair amount of people but I Enjoy a somewhat secluded life Although I love to get together with people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to go to theDNC rally for Bernie. I believe it is on the 25th and lasting a few days. Just need to have a place to sleep while I am there. Shower maybe. I will bring my own food.

Adventure, independent films, i tend to listen to relaxing music but if in a party mode like to dance to the oldies 60's , 70's Rock and roll, I enjoy doing yoga and walking around scenic places.
