ABOUT ME

I'm a sort of a dreamer and an adventurer, pretty spontaneous and open minded person.
Due to my studies and work I get used to changing my address at least twice pro year, living in different countries and conditions, with people from any kind of cultures. I would like finally to settle though. Currently I am living in a small town in Germany with my boyfriend. Since some time we started taking care of several bee families - I had no idea that it could be such fun, despite the stitches and the pain ;) That somehow open a completely new universe in front of us.

PHILOSOPHY

Open your heart for the new and the different. Don't be afraid of the unknown.
Never stop believing in your dreams, have the courage to say yes or no when needed and don't give up to finish what you have once started.
Don't let any ideas to corrupt your heart and change you into something you can not recognize. Don't lie to yourself.
Stay positive and smile, enjoy your days and the small things around you :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined CS because a good friend recommended it to me. I think it was one of the best things I have done in my life, as it's indeed one of the most amazing communities connecting so different people all around the world.
Since then I am participating in different groups (depending on where I live at the moment), I am trying to host travelers when possible or when not at least to meet with them and introduce them to the place where I am living and the culture there.

兴趣

My professional interests are of course in the area of Veterinary Medicine and of Agronomy. So kind of everything about animals and plants :)

In my free time I do love traveling, meeting friends and new people. I enjoy doing some mostly outdoor sports and activities - like joggling, climbing, kayaking, hiking and martial arts - Aikido. This year I joined several Taekwondo trainings in the club of my boyfriend and it was a real fun :)

I join sometimes some activity groups for languages, for street arts - like juggling or kiwido playing, for painting, cooking or latino dancing.

I used to organize some international cooking sessions or integration meetings for new students in the town.

Movies: I love the European Cinema, I enjoy also science fiction and fantasy movies, some Hollywood productions, animations - Studio Ghibli, Pixar, Disney. I love as well the movies presented at the European outdoor film festival and Banff mountain film festival.

Music: I listen a diversity of musical genres - from soft instrumental music to some punk, rock and metal music. I love attending jam sessions and discovering new groups. I'm used to find new beautiful songs via movies or friends.

Books: I enjoy fantasy and science fiction, some classics in the European and English literature. And of course everything that gets my interest ...

I'm open for any suggestions about movies, music or books :)

I can teach you all about bee keeping and give you some advices if you have a pet. I can give you to try some honey (if you like). I can show you some movements in Kiwido and basic juggling. I can help you if you want to practice German, French or English or just give you a hand if you're new in the town.
