About Me

ABOUT ME

A daydreaming festival child with a passion for our planet, travelling and science :-)

PHILOSOPHY

This is a big question that is probably better discussed over nice food and a glass of wine :-).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I mainly listen to chilled acoustic stuff like Jack Johnson, John Butler, The Peoples String Foundation, Xavier Rudd etc. If I'm in the mood for something more upbeat then it generally has a ska or gypsee theme to it, anything from Sublime, The Cat Empire, Gogol Bordello, Molotove Jukebox or Yes Sir Boss. Plus love anything live, mainly local gigs of unheard bands that always impress.

Books: I can get a bit geeky when it comes to books, enjoy anything biology or environmental based. Other than that really enjoy fantasy books, my favorite being the Northen Light trilogy by Phillip Pullman.

Movies: Leon, Snatch, Lock Stock, anything by Tarantino and loads loads more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't think I've seen anything more majestic than watching whales breaching, super pods of dolphins bow riding, surfing with seals or diving with sharks. There is something amazing about being so far out of your natural surroundings and being given the opportunity to explore the marine world, whether it be on a surf board, in a kayak, on a boat or under the water blowing bubbles.

Countries I’ve Visited

Barbados, France, India, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Malta, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, France, Spain, United Kingdom
